CJPR is seeking an Account Coordinator to join their team remotely and support clients in lifestyle and hospitality industries.


Sample Responsibilities 

  • Building and maintaining comprehensive media lists 

  • Drafting and distributing approved pitches, media advisories and press kit materials

  • Responding to media requests for information in a timely and professional manner

  • Conducting research on behalf of client needs and story development

  • Occasionally supporting and staffing PR events (if located within the Boston area)

  • Performing administration tasks including preparing client status meeting agendas, diligent note taking in internal and client medias, media tracking and communications reporting



  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and take immense pride in your work

  • Have a pulse on the latest trends within the marketplace and proactively present ideas and opportunities that optimize client PR programs

  • Maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure

  • Are a proactive self-starter who works well both independently and collaboratively with a team

  • Are deadline-driven and work with a sense of urgency

  • Are able to prioritize and assist with multiple projects simultaneously, and how to shift gears when necessary and reprioritize 



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Public relations internship or agency experience 

  • Interest or experience in the hospitality industry
