BOSTON REAL ESTATE COLLABORATIVE (BREC)
Boston Real Estate Collaborative (BREC) was founded in 2010 by Brent Berc, Will Avanessian and Patrick Haydon on the premise that a more collaborative development process, between owner, developer, architect and builder, would result in smarter planning, a more efficient design and construction process and ultimately better projects. Using this approach and marrying the partner’s expertise under one roof, BREC has built a track record of success that has earned it a reputation as one of Boston’s premier, local development companies. In 2012, with the development company finding its stride but lacking a property management solution that fit the company’s needs, Will and Brent made strategic hires to bring property management in-house. BREC and its affiliates own and operate hundreds of units in the Boston-area, including units dedicated to affordable, market-rate and furnished housing. What started in 2010 as a collaboration of good people, has evolved into a collaboration of great companies.

J. Miller Flats is the reincarnation of the former Charles Street Inn, a boutique bed and breakfast, that has been renovated and converted to a fully functional apartment-hotel. Full kitchens, living areas, laundry facilities and all the comforts you need for a quick trip or an extended stay. The Flats are located in the heart of Beacon Hill, on Charles Street, surrounded by rich history, modern convenience and high-end boutiques and restaurants. LITLE SISTER
Best known for its Puerto Rican and Latin inspired cuisine and its tiny yet lively dining space, Little Sister has packed a punch in the Providence food scene. Owner Milena Pagán and her husband and co-owner Darcy Coleman strive to highlight the rich taste and flavor combinations of her Puerto Rican heritage through homemade breads and authentic Puerto Rican pastries, creative renditions of traditional Criollo dishes, all-natural fruit drinks and rich espresso drinks made with imported Puerto Rican coffee beans. Rebelle re·belle (meaning “rebel” in French) Bagels is a neighborhood bagel shop best known for its fresh-baked, made from scratch bagels, creative spreads, breakfast sandwiches, indulgent sweet treats, and its deep-rooted commitment to sustainability. Rebelle Bagels is owned and operated by 2023 James Beard Award Semifinalist, Best Chef: Northeast, Milena Pagán, a talented MIT-trained Chemical Engineer and self-taught baker who recognized a bagel-void in her Providence neighborhood back in 2016, and took it upon herself to engineer the perfect bagel. Today the bagel shop has expanded to offer delicious locally-roasted coffee, homemade baked goods, creative sandwiches, a variety of inventive cream cheese spreads and of course, their famous hand-rolled bagels that are boiled and baked fresh to golden perfection daily.

Rising Sets is an outdoor apparel company started by husband and wife duo, Jason and Beth Hatch, the couple behind Rhode Island-based Ultimate Waterkids Surf Camp and Jamestown Outdoors. Classic coastal design elements mix seamlessly with rich colors and textures, embodying The Hatch Family’s deep-rooted love for the ocean and the memorable experiences it has gifted them. 10% of every purchase is donated to the International Surf Therapy Organization, a global community of surf therapy practitioners and researchers harnessing the power of collaboration and the ocean to advance the use of surf therapy as a mental and physical health intervention.

ROSSETTI BEVERLY
Opened in fall 2020 Rossetti Beverly's menu features a mix of traditional Italian recipes fused with modern technique, served alongside innovative cocktails, wine and beer, in a contemporary setting with a deep focus on hospitality. In 1976, Bobby & Steven Rossetti created a recipe for homemade Italian style sausages and started selling a variety selection out of their mother’s kitchen in Revere, MA. Fast forward to present days and now, the Rossetti family and new partner Jason Maynard seek to continue the success, but most importantly, the tradition of the Rossetti family’s commitment to perfectly executed Italian cuisine and exceptional hospitality.

Located just minutes from Boston’s Logan International Airport, Seabiscuit offers worldly flavors inspired by Greta Platt’s French culinary education and former-USSR childhood, Andrew Platt’s Canadian-Californian roots, and KO Pies owner Sam Jackson’s Australian flare, all of which merge together into a surprisingly seamless, one-of-a-kind food and beverage program. Located in the newly renovated Langham, Boston, The Fed is reminiscent of a 1920’s era private cocktail lounge, harkening back to the time period of the iconic building’s inception as the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. With two successful locations situated in Dorchester’s Lower Mills and the South End’s bustling Ink Block community, the Yellow Door Taqueria restaurants highlight California-inspired Mexican fare, as well as an innovative, rotating cocktail program. Co-owned by Dropkick Murphys front man, Ken Casey and power-couple Brian O’Donnell and tv personality Taniya Nayak (HGTV, Food Network), the cozy, neighborhood bars offer powerhouse cocktails, “Cali-Mex” fare and tacos with a twist, all set within a lively and vibrant setting. The taco destinations are open seven days a week for dinner, with brunch served on weekends.
