I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite things to do is go for a long walk, and what better way to pass the time than by putting on a podcast to get moving! Podcasts have gained much attention over the past few years, especially with notable figures joining the mix. Whether you are in the mood for true crime, health & wellness, or even a daily dose of news, there is a podcast for anyone and anything! I have listened to a multitude and have compiled a few recommendations that I think everyone should try out! All of these are available on Spotify and Apple Music:
Anything Goes with Emma Chamberlain
Starting off with my favorite podcast, which is Anything Goes with Emma Chamberlain. This podcast came out in 2020 from the popular Youtuber, Emma Chamberlain. The overall mood of this podcast is down to earth and it feels like you are talking with a friend the entire time. She discusses a variety of topics ranging from latest trends in fashion and social media, to advice sessions which can provide for a very engaging and therapeutic walk.
The Wellness Cafe
The Wellness Cafe is a great podcast made by Trinity Tondelier if you are looking for conversations geared towards lifestyle, health & wellness, and general girl boss advice. I love putting this one on if I am looking towards improving myself and finding inspiration for becoming “THAT GIRL.” Tondelier can really find a way to motivate you through the way she talks, which is why I love this podcast!
Growing With The Flow
Growing With The Flow is also one I love to throw on when I am trying to embody the "hot girl walk" mentality. The host is Nayna Florence and she addresses an array of topics that are sure to tune you in to healthy habits and routines, such as being present. She also invites listeners into happenings in her own life and advice on different situations. I highly recommend giving this one a listen if you are interested in bettering yourself!
I stumbled upon this podcast one day when I was in the mood for something different than my usual girl boss podcasts. Therapist Uncensored is hosted by Sue Marriott and Ann Kelly, both licensed therapists who touch on such a wide range of topics that can surely benefit anyone who listens! These ladies discuss attachment styles, how to improve your self-esteem and confidence, and advice on how to truly better yourself in many different ways. Whenever I get through listening to one of these podcasts, I feel so refreshed and ready to start my day off right!
